SACキャピタルがインサイダー取引で有罪を認める見込み

Wall Street Journal誌によると，SAC Capitalがインサイダー取引で有罪を答弁を行うようです。証券取引委員会がneither admit nor denyを辞めると聞いた際に，有罪を認める会社なんてないと思いましたが，早速，ありました。ただ，会社は有罪を認めるようですが，会長個人は，現状，neither-admit-nor-denyという状況のようです。
